Prospective authors are invited to submit Abstracts of 200 to 300 words in the first instance, using a template obtainable via this link:
Abstracts should be written in clear English setting out the aims of the paper, and highlighting the main findings (if already available). To meet typesetting requirements, all text must be in the font size and font type shown, of single-line spacing, and limited to exactly one page.
Abstracts should be submitted as Word files (or PDF versions of other file types) via the online portal that will be provided here in due course (this is currently being developed by the conference publisher). In the meantime, abstracts may be emailed directly to the conference editor via the contact details:

Authors will be notified of the decision on their abstracts in accordance with the time schedule indicated below. Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to prepare full papers of length 8 to 12 pages (the equivalent of 4,000 to 6,000 words). Detailed instructions for the preparation of full papers will be placed here in due course. The language of communication at the Conference will be English, and all papers must be written in clear English. Full papers will need to be uploaded via the online submission system provided by the publisher. All received papers will be subject to peer-review.
